Precautions for use of quality leaf spring shackle pin

1. Before operation, check whether the models of all shackles match and whether the connections are firm and reliable.

2. It is forbidden to use bolts or metal rods instead of shackle pins.

3. Large impact and collision are not allowed during the lifting process.

4. The shackle pin shaft should rotate flexibly in the bearing hole, and no jamming phenomenon is allowed.

5. The shackle body cannot bear the transverse bending moment, that is, the bearing capacity should be within the plane of the body.

6. When the bearing capacity in the body plane has different angles, the maximum working load of the shackle is also adjusted.

7. The maximum angle between the rigging of the two legs carried by the shackle shall not exceed 120°.

8. The shackle should support the load correctly, that is, the force should be on the axis along the center line of the shackle.

9. Avoid the eccentric load of the shackle.

10. According to the frequency of use and the severity of the working conditions, a reasonable regular inspection should be determined.
