Detection method of automobile leaf spring pin and lug pin

Automobile eaf spring pins and lifting lug pins are important parts connecting automobile leaf springs to the frame. The front end is connected to the frame with steel plate pins and lifting lugs. Connect to the stand and secure with locking screws. Automobile leaf spring pins and lug pins are the long axis of a cylinder. There is an oil passage in the center of the pin, and a grease nipple is installed on the outer end, which can be used for adding grease to lubricate the pin and bushing.

The detection method of automobile leaf spring pin and lug pin is as follows:
1) Check the appearance of the pin visually or with a magnifying glass of 5-10 times, and pay attention to whether the oil channel of the pin with lubricating oil hole is connected, and whether the hole of the grease nipple is threaded. There should be no cracks in the pin after the magnetic flaw detection test, and it should be demagnetized after the test.
2) When measuring the hardness, use a V-shaped support platform to cooperate. The test site is 20-25 away from the end face, and the indentation after the test should be trimmed.
3) The outer diameter of the pin is measured with a micrometer.
4) The surface roughness is compared with standard parts or standard samples.
5) The external thread of the leaf spring pin is inspected with thread comprehensive ring gauge and snap gauge.
